Customer Review: Worst Saeco Ever

I have had this machine for some time now. If you want to wait and wait for the machine to decide what it needs to do this is the machine for you. It arived broken, I had to fix it myself ( customer support was BAD ) The part I fixed was held on only with sticky tape. It takes hours to descale. Save you money and by a cheaper unit, less bells and whistles but it works. I hate this machine so much I wish I had done a video review. Don't expect this machine to get your cup of coffee ready by the time you leave for work unless you give it a 20 minute head start. Byers beware, save your $$$$$.
