This machine makes the BEST cup of Espresso/coffee. It's easy to operate and maintenance is minimal. I love getting up in the morning (or anytime of the day for that matter) and just pushing a button and getting a perfect cup of coffee. our children who stop by our house like the saeco's ease of operation too. this baby helped me get through my night classes. I was buying a cup of Starbucks every day, at 4 bucks a pop, just before class.. saved lots of money by knocking off the Starbucks.
we have had our machine for 4 years, with no trouble until now. I am looking for a new saeco online now.
